EcoEngineers is excited to introduce Anita Maher-Lewis!

We asked her a few questions.

What is your new role at EcoEngineers?

I'm the RFS Program Manager.

I oversee our compliance program which includes RFS registration, RIN Management and Quality Assurance Programs.

I also have the good fortune to manage a talented team of compliance specialists who work directly with our clients.

We have a very knowledgeable and dedicated group of professionals who work hard every day to ensure our clients remain compliant and happy.

I'm an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the environmental and regulatory arena.

Prior to EcoEngineers, I worked in the consulting engineering industry as a client services manager and team leader.

I managed a team that included engineers and geologists and we worked with clients like Quik Trip, Casey's, Hy-Vee and many others providing a wide variety of services within the regulatory framework of environmental assessment, remediation and compliance.

I also served as a technical expert on various regulatory and/or advisory committees on behalf of our clients which included Fortune 500 companies, trade associations and others.

What's your vision for your new role?

I am excited to put my extensive project and client management skills to work by building our core business, working toward continuous improvement in all aspects of my business group, and support our clients' business needs.

What do you like most about working at EcoEngineers?

At EcoEngineers we have a vibrant culture and a strong community. Our team has an unrelenting commitment to deliver the best in class programs and services to our clients.

I enjoy being a part of that.

What are your favorite hobbies?

I am an avid biker, quilter, and knitter.

I am also active in the Society for Creative Anachronism so on some weekends you will find me as a 9th century Icelandic Viking woman.

Welcome aboard Anita!
